Teacher commitment has been identified as critical for the future success of schools and education in general.
The staffs at Modern Public School are all well qualified and competent to provide the students with the best possible learning environment.
Significant emphasis is placed on professional development of our staff. The performance of head teachers and all staff are regularly assessed and from this assessment further professional development requirements are identified. This enables our staff to be at the front position of superior practice and also prepares them to develop within the organization.
All teachers are also involved in some school activity, as House Wardens, Class Reps, the Environment Council, Editorial Board, Cultural Department or Sports, to name a few. In fact, all teachers also share membership with students on various committees, school houses, and supervise individual or small-group research projects. The opportunities for formal and informal relationships with the MPS faculty are plentiful and rewarding, resulting in lifelong friendships as well as professional mentorship that shape students’ lives and careers.
